Terms of Use

1. Provider

GymCoin is provided by Kamil Dziadczyk, operator of GymCoin (gymcoin.pl), e-mail: kontakt@gymcoin.pl.

2. The app

GymCoin lets you log meals, track calories and macros, keep a workout log, track weight and activity, and chat with the AI assistant "Leafy".

3. Not medical advice

Content in the app, including Leafy's answers, calorie goals, training plans and nutrition values, is for information only and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or coach. Consult a professional before changing your diet or starting training, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Data accuracy

Nutrition values come from Open Food Facts (ODbL licence), users and AI estimates and may contain errors. Values marked as AI estimates should be checked against the product label.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be 16 or older.
Do not add unlawful, offensive or infringing content (e.g. in foods added to the shared database).
Foods you add to the shared database may be visible to other users.
We may suspend accounts for serious breaches.

6. GymCoins

GymCoins are virtual points for activity in the app. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred outside the app.

7. Payments

Core features are free. Any paid plan will be billed through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, with price and scope shown before purchase.

8. Liability

We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for diet or training decisions based on app content. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Contact and complaints

E-mail kontakt@gymcoin.pl. We reply within 14 days.

10. Changes and law

We will announce changes in the app at least 7 days in advance. Polish law applies.
